112-Unit Residential Condominium Development-Norwood, Massachusetts

Endicott Woods is a 112-unit townhouse phased development spanning 16 buildings on 13 acres in Norwood, Massachusetts. Each unit consists of two bedrooms, one and one-half bathrooms, and a garage, are beautifully designed and maintenance free. 

Murphy PC represented the developer in preparation of homeowner’s association documents and residential sale closings. We advised on financial, governance, control and liability issues, and coordination of transaction of management of the development from the developer to the board of trustees of unit owners.
