Making a difference

Heading Home

Heading Home provides emergency, transitional, and permanent housing and support services to low-income homeless and formerly homeless families and individuals in Greater Boston. Their mission is to end homelessness by providing a supported pathway to self-sufficiency that begins with a home, together with critical services such as life skills, financial literacy, and job training.

The Center for Teen Empowerment

The Center for Teen Empowerment transforms communities through investing in the power of youth and adult partnerships to foster stronger and more socially just communities. The organization provides a safe space for young community members to discuss their experiences and offers them tools and encouragement to grow into leaders by using their experiences as a platform to change the community for the better.
