Murphy PC represented a family-owned real estate company in the acquisition of a shopping plaza located in a Boston suburb. The transaction included advising on title, zoning, environmental and tenant issues, negotiating a lease amendment to accommodate plans to redevelop the property, negotiating loan documents with a life insurance company that provided the acquisition loan, and issuing the owner’s and lender’s title insurance policy with endorsements. David J. Murphy served as lead attorney in the transaction.
