Emily focuses her practice on representing clients in general and complex commercial real estate matters including, developers, owners, lending institutions, landlords, and tenants. She assists with negotiating acquisition and disposition transaction documents, performing due diligence, negotiating loan transaction documents, and negotiating leases.

Emily was formerly with the law firm of Rudolph Friedman LLP in Boston where she concentrated her practice in complex commercial litigation.

In addition, she worked for Prince, Lobel, Glovsky and Tye, LLP, Donovan Hatem, and Adkins, Kelston, & Zavez, P.C.

Emily is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.

Emily received a B.A. in English Literature from Bowdoin College and a J.D. from Northeastern University Law School.
