We represent developers in structuring, negotiating, and financing complex development projects. With technical skill and a deep understanding of the legal and business issues in each development project, we manage our clients’ needs among the other interested parties in a given project, including lenders, tenants and public authorities in order to achieve practical and cost-effective solutions for our clients. We identify and address issues before they become problems during each phase of a development project, from site evaluation, due diligence, acquisition, permitting, zoning, and financing, to construction, leasing, and disposition.
We handle substantial commercial real estate projects, including retail, office, multifamily, industrial and mixed-use developments. We provide our clients with sound development advice, which guides them through the demands of the transaction and complexities of the real estate development process.
