Overview 

David represents developers, owners, operators, and investors in complex real estate transactions with a focus on real estate development, restaurant transactions, retail and shopping center transactions, multifamily development, office and industrial development, and educational institution and nonprofit transactions and joint ventures.

With more than 20 years of experience, David is a seasoned real estate lawyer providing creative and business-focused counsel to his clients, and structuring solutions that work for all stakeholders in transactions.

David is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts, and the Urban Land Institute.  David received a B.B.A from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, and an L.L.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
