David is Of Counsel at Murphy PC. He focuses his practice on representing clients in general business and commercial real estate matters including, developers, owners, lending institutions, landlords, and tenants. He negotiates acquisition and disposition transaction documents, performs due diligence, negotiates loan transaction documents, leases, and joint venture agreements.
David has been member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives since 2019, representing the 4th Suffolk District. Currently in his third term, David is Vice Chair of the Joint Committee on Public Safety and Homeland Security and serves as on the Joint Committee on Ways and Means, the Joint Committee on Economic Development and Emerging Technologies, and the House Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs. He is also a member of the Metropolitan Beaches Commission.
A graduate of Boston Latin School, David received a B.A. in History from Boston College, graduating in three years, and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
