Overview
We represent developers, owners, and investors in commercial real estate financing transactions, including construction loans, permanent loans, refinances, and mezzanine financing with regional and national lenders and private lending companies. Our work includes the collection and review of due diligence materials and counsel on zoning, permitting, environmental, title, and corporate governance matters.
We prepare enforceability and zoning opinions in connection with loan transactions and negotiate each financing to align with our client’s broader transaction objectives. Our experience includes conventional bank financing, government-sponsored enterprise loans, HUD/FHA programs, bond financing, and transactions involving historic and affordable housing tax credits.
