Katherine Turner

Kate is Of Counsel at Murphy PC.  She focuses her practice on representing clients in commercial real estate matters, including developers, owners, landlords, and tenants. She assists with preparing and negotiating acquisition and disposition transaction documents, leases, and commercial contracts, performing due diligence, and counseling clients on other general corporate matters.

Kate was formerly with SouthCoast Wind Energy LLC, acting as lead counsel for the project’s real estate transactions and construction contracts for several major wind farm components. She was also a Senior Staff Attorney at The Nature Conservancy, advising staff on conservation real estate transactions throughout the Northeast, commercial contracts, and non-profit governance matters. She also worked at Dechert as a member of the Financial Services group.

Kate received a B.A. in Philosophy from Vassar College and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
