Overview

We counsel owners, developers, managers, investors, and lenders across the full lifecycle of multifamily properties, including acquisition, disposition, financing, development, rehabilitation, and operation. Our experience spans market-rate and affordable rental housing.

We advise on government-sponsored enterprise financing through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, HUD/FHA loan programs for construction, rehabilitation, acquisition, and refinancing, and other financing structures for affordable and low-income housing, including bond financing and tax credits. Our multifamily practice is expanding in the Southeast, with a growing focus on multifamily development in Georgia and North Carolina.
