Office and Industrial

Overview

Every building serves a purpose. We make sure the transaction supports it.

We represent owners, developers, and investors in office and industrial properties, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, redevelopment, and leasing.

Our experience includes traditional office and industrial assets as well as adaptive reuse and conversion of older properties into new uses. We have particular experience in mill building conversions and repositioning industrial assets for modern commercial, medical, and specialty uses.
