Represented the owner in the financing and leasing of a shopping center to Dollar Tree, China Pearl, Dunkin Donuts, Domino’s Pizza, and Kam Man Marketplace in Quincy, Massachusetts.

Represented the owner in the sale of a two-unit retail property leased to small businesses in Attleboro, Massachusetts.

Represented the owner in the sale of a two-unit retail property leased to small businesses in Taunton, Massachusetts.
