Condominium and Homeowners’ Associations

Overview

The documents that govern a community define how it functions for decades.

We counsel developers and sponsors in condominium and homeowners’ association development, from single-family homes and townhouses to multifamily buildings and large-scale mixed-use projects.

These developments require comprehensive association documents that govern property use, define association services, and establish how owners will jointly manage the community.

We structure and draft the financial, governance, control, and liability provisions of association agreements and advise our clients through the full development and sell-out process. Our experience includes primary and secondary condominium structures, phased developments, and mixed-use projects with both residential and commercial components.
