Project Development

Overview

Every development starts with a vision. We make sure it gets built.

We represent developers in structuring, negotiating, and financing complex development projects. We coordinate across all stakeholders, including lenders, investors, tenants, contractors, and public authorities, to deliver practical and cost-effective results at every stage.

Our counsel covers each phase of a development project, including site evaluation, due diligence, acquisition, permitting, zoning, financing, construction, leasing, and disposition. We handle substantial commercial real estate projects across retail, office, multifamily, industrial, residential, life sciences, and mixed-use developments. We have particular depth in phased developments requiring coordination of multiple transaction types across extended timelines.
