Stacey assists in complex real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating retail and office leases, and commercial purchase and sales transactions, financings, title and survey, and due diligence, and in corporate transactions, including corporate formations and governance and other general commercial matters including licensing agreements, sales and distribution agreements, software as a service agreements and other general contracts.
Stacey has worked for global law firm for 18 years and more recently for a Fortune 100 company doing general contract work.
Stacey received a B.S. from Truman State University and a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School.
