July 12, 2017-Murphy PC represented the owner in the sale of a 40-Acre land subdivision development in Southern, Massachusetts to a local developer. The transaction involved negotiation of all sale transaction documents, addressing permitting issues, negotiation of agreements with lenders in a loan workout transaction, and closing matters.
