We prepare enforceability and zoning opinions in connection with loan transactions and negotiate each financing to align with our client’s broader transaction objectives. Our experience includes conventional bank financing, government-sponsored enterprise loans, HUD/FHA programs, bond financing, and transactions involving historic and affordable housing tax credits.
